How it works for teams
An organization is your team's shared workspace. One card on the org, every member uploads, every transcript is visible to the whole team. No per-seat math, no procurement.
Create the organization
Open the workspace switcher in the sidebar, give your team a name. You become the first admin automatically.
Add one billing card
In Org settings, click "Add billing card". Stripe stores it on the org. Every upload by every member is charged to that card at $2/hr.
Invite teammates
"Manage members" sends invites by email. Pick admin or member. They sign up and land directly in the org — no card prompt for them.
Two roles, clear split
Admin
Manages the billing card and the member list. Can move any team transcript back to a member's personal workspace.
Member
Uploads transcripts (charged to the org card), edits and shares anything they uploaded, and can move their own files back to personal at any time.
