From recording to a document you can use
- Upload and check the price. Choose the recording language or automatic detection, then set how long the audio should be retained.
- Review the interview. Listen beside the text, correct names and technical terms, and rename the speakers. Check quotations against the original audio.
- Download your working copy. Word (DOCX), TXT and PDF include your saved text edits. SRT and VTT are also available for captions. Keep the original recording when your project requires it.
A clear price for occasional interviews
A 30-minute interview costs $2.00. A one-hour interview costs $2.00. A two-hour interview costs $4.00. The minimum applies to each file, so three separate 20-minute interviews cost $6.00.
Your card is authorised before transcription and charged after completion. If transcription fails, the hold is cancelled. See the full pricing details.
Review before you quote
This is automatic transcription. Background noise, overlapping speech and unfamiliar names can cause errors. Speaker labels are a starting point, and the output is not a certified legal or medical transcript.
