Share a transcript with anyone
Sharing is included. Open a completed transcript, choose Share, and create a link. The recipient can read the latest saved text without a TranscribeCat account.
Anyone with the link can read it, including someone it is forwarded to. Choose an expiration, replace the link, or stop sharing whenever you need to. The recording and editing history stay private.
Keep company work in one place
Create a team and invite the people you work with. Members sign in to the shared library, organize recordings into folders, and review transcripts together. You can belong to several teams and switch back to your Personal workspace.
- The owner manages membership and the company payment method.
- Add your company logo to the library, workspace menu and shared transcripts.
- Members can add recordings, start transcriptions, organize folders and share finished transcripts.
- Owners and administrators can manage shared content. Personal files stay in Personal.
The same pay-as-you-go price
Up to 20 people per team. Transcription costs $2.00 per hour, with a $2.00 minimum per file. No seat fees or team subscription.
The owner saves a company payment method and authorizes its use for team transcriptions. Members review the paying team and maximum charge before starting. If the bank needs another check, the owner resolves it before work begins.
Audio follows the retention date shown in the library. A team does not make recordings permanent, so keep your own originals when you need a lasting archive.
