How accurate is it?
Accuracy depends on the recording. Check names, numbers and quotations against the audio. You can edit text and speaker labels in the browser. Try the real samples before uploading.
How long does transcription take?
It varies with recording length, language and demand. We email you when it is ready.
What languages are supported?
Choose from 46 languages or use automatic detection. See Languages for the full list. Transcription preserves the spoken language; it does not translate.
What file types are supported?
MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, FLAC, OGG, WebM and Opus. No conversion needed.
How does the $2.00 per hour pricing work?
Pay-as-you-go costs $2.00 per hour, billed per minute, with a $2.00 minimum per file. A 30-minute file costs $2.00; a 90-minute file costs $3.00. No subscription required.
Do I have to buy credits?
No. Pay-as-you-go charges per file, with no credit packs or monthly commitment. See Pricing for available plans.
What happens to my audio afterwards?
Choose how long to keep audio when saving. Pay-as-you-go audio is scheduled for deletion within 90 days of upload or your last sign-in, whichever is earlier. Cleanup failures can delay removal. Library shows its own deletion dates. Audio expiry does not delete transcripts. See Privacy for details.
Can I edit a transcript after it finishes?
Yes. Click a text block to edit; Cmd+Enter saves and Escape cancels. Rename a speaker once to update every matching block.
