Sharing transcripts with your team

Send a readable link to someone outside your account, or bring recurring work into a team with shared folders and company billing.

A researcher listens to a participant with a notebook and audio recorder between them.

Start with a link

When a transcript is complete and available in your account, open Share and create a link. Copy it into the message or email you already use. The person opening it does not need to sign in.

The shared page is read-only and shows your latest saved text and speaker names. It does not include the original audio, earlier edits, account details or payment information. Review names and quotations before sharing.

Know who a link can reach

A link is access. Emailing it to one person does not restrict it to that email address: they can forward it, and anyone who receives it can open the transcript.

Links are randomly generated and impractical to guess. That protects against guessing, not forwarding. The reader is excluded from search indexing and carries no analytics or session replay. These protections do not prevent someone from copying the words.

You can set the link to expire after 1, 7 or 30 days, or leave it available until you stop sharing. Replacing a link immediately invalidates the previous one. Deleting the transcript also makes the shared page unavailable. Copies someone already saved remain outside your control.

Use a team for work you do together

A team gives signed-in members a shared library. Use folders for clients, projects or meetings, then switch workspaces when you move to another team or your own files. Each workspace keeps its files and billing separate.

Teams have room for 20 people, including the owner. The owner sets up company billing, invites members and manages roles. A member leaving does not remove the team’s recordings or transcripts.

The owner can add or change the company logo in Team settings. It appears in the library, workspace menu and transcripts shared outside the team. Removing the logo also removes it from shared pages on their next visit.

Let the company pay for team recordings

Team pay-as-you-go keeps the same $2.00 hourly rate and $2.00 minimum per file, with no seat fees. Before starting, members review the team paying and the maximum charge. The company payment method funds team work; personal subscriptions and payment methods stay separate.

A declined payment or extra bank verification pauses the order for the owner to resolve. Audio retention remains the date shown in the library, so keep original recordings separately when you need them long term.
